For your ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleanings include the following. Not recommended for first time initial cleans.
What's In The Deluxe Deep Clean?
Everything done in our STANDARD CLEANING plus:
- Extra attention to kitchen and bathrooms
- Clean doors, doorframes & vents
- Handwash & detail baseboards
- Spot clean floors & doors
- Light fixtures cleaned
- Vacuum vent grills
- Deep vacuum behind & underneath pulled out furniture/appliances, sofa, under cushions, pillows
How do I know if I need a Deluxe Deep Cleaning?
The Deluxe Deep Clean is our most thorough and detailed cleaning. We recommend it if it’s your first time booking our service, or if it’s been more than 30 days since you’ve had a professional cleaning. It’s the best way to get your home back to 100%!
What's in a Move In/Out Cleaning?
Everything done in our STANDARD and DEEP CLEANING plus:
- Interior cleaning of cabinets and drawers
- Inside cleaning of oven
- Inside cleaning of stove
This is our most complete top-to-bottom package available. Many customers like to add interior window cleaning.
How do I know if I need a Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Package?
Without a shred of doubt, if you’re moving in or moving out.. this covers every you need to make your home ready to live in, or for new tenants.
Combine this package with a recurring cleaning (ie. bi-weekly, monthly, etc) and start to see immediate savings on your 2nd visit!

SERVICES NOT OFFERED:
There are a few things we do not offer:
- Wet wiping light bulbs, due to risk of breakage.
- Cleaning of hoarding situations, high levels of trash/debris
- Cleaning of bodily fluids, heavy mold, toys, pet waste or other bio-hazards
- Heavy lifting or move items 25 pounds or more (Safety and insurance requirements)
- Stepping higher than 3 steps on a ladder (Safety and insurance requirements)
