What areas do you serve?+

We service short-term rentals across the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and the surrounding municipalities. If you are just outside that radius, ask us; we are expanding.

How do same-day turnovers work?+

When a guest checks out at 11am and the next checks in at 3pm, that four-hour window is ours to own. We staff back-to-back days specifically so you never have to block a calendar night to give us time.

Do you supply linens and consumables?+

We can launder your existing linens on each turn, rotate a par stock you own, or source hospitality-grade linens for you. Consumables are restocked to a list you approve and billed at cost.

What if a guest leaves the place trashed?+

We document the condition with photos before we touch anything and flag it to you immediately, so you have what you need for a damage claim. Deep messes beyond a standard turnover are quoted before we start — never billed as a surprise.

How does the guarantee actually work?+

If a turnover does not meet our checklist standard, tell us within 24 hours. We re-clean the unit at no charge — and if we still missed the mark, that turnover is free. No invoice, no argument.
